From first contact, speaking with Mel to setup a consultation with Mike, to completion of project, was a complete pleasure and wonderful experience. Such a great company to work with! I had an opportunity to talk to a few different landscapers to help with redesigning my backyard and front yard landscaping. Quotes were provided questions I had or follow ups not so much. Jesse and Joe went above and beyond to help my wife and I come to a landscape design we both agreed on, after a few tries we agreed on a design we both liked. We appreciate the follow ups from start to finish. After our HOA approved they were ready to go and did a 3 day job in two. The crew were respectful and did such a fantastic job and cleaning up nicely. We love our new curb appeal and backyard updates. Highly recommend working with this company! Jesse Dewey and team exceeded our expectations in the design and installation of the landscape for our new home. Ours is a complicated property with a pond, terracing, steep slopes, pathways, hidden features, etc. While a designer laid out the initial plan, more than half of it had to be revised once the installation was underway and we discovered things that worked and didn’t. That’s where Citrus really stepped up with additional design ideas and solutions for the many surprises that the terrain threw at us. The install crew also exceeded expectations. Their commitment to getting the landscape in place during the heat of summer impressed. Each of the guys was genuinely happy to be on the project, and it showed in the teamwork. The scope of the project made this a months-long install and led to a significant punch list. There was never a question of if they could do it or a request to tack on additional fees. What was promised was delivered and more. The finished project is one we’re incredibly proud of, and it’s been a “wow” for us, friends and neighbors.
