Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Sanford, the company is owned by Jesse Dewey and Joe Kappel, whose names appear again and again in our customer reviews. Jesse Dewey, Owner
Jesse leads by example. He spends his time training the crews to perform at the Citrus standard on every job site, and when he is not designing a new landscape for a customer, you will often catch him digging holes right alongside his site managers.
Joe Kappel, Owner
Joe keeps his eye on where the company is headed. He pays attention to what customers ask for more of and works out how to deliver it, which is a big reason Citrus is now established in four locations across Central Florida.
